"Sonnenland" is the brand name for a very high-quality three-layer top material.
The upper material (outer layer) is made of highly lightfast and abrasion-resistant Dralon (polyacrylonitrile).
The butyl rubber intermediate rubber (middle layer) is made of a waterproof synthetic rubber.
This makes additional top impregnation unnecessary.
The lower material (inner layer) is made of cotton.
This top material is still produced in Germany today and is used worldwide as original equipment in the automotive industry, e.g. for convertibles from Porsche, Mercedes and Bentley.
The top we sell made from Sonnenland top fabric is handcrafted in Austria to a high standard and is not only a real upgrade for your Fiat or Puch but also very easy to maintain! |
