The 11.4mm version was installed in all vehicles up to October 1964!
Here are the advantages of all Prokschi tie rod ends:
- We have the tie rod ends produced smaller than the original.
This creates more space for any additional attachments (disc brakes, etc.)
and there is no longer any risk of rubbing against the brake carrier plate
- The swivel radius is identical to the original parts despite the reduced heads
- In the inner part behind the ball there is a self-lubricating polyamide 6.6 bush.
The service life is therefore significantly longer compared to the original parts, which do not have a polyamide bush and therefore work metal on metal. |
